Services
The Site provides information about our fractional CMO and marketing services for home services businesses and lets you request a consultation. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship until separately agreed in writing.
SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and checking a consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from ShaneDutka.com. We offer two separate, optional programs:
- Transactional (non-marketing): messages about your inquiry, scheduling, and consultation details.
- Marketing: messages about offers, promotions, and updates. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
The following terms apply to both programs:

- Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. You may opt back in by signing up again.

- Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You agree not to use the Site or our communications for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DCS3, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
